Quote Tracking Assistant - Remote

Rusty Bucket Construction, LLC, based in Los Angeles, CA, is currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated Quote Tracking Assistant to support our team. This remote position plays a critical role in the pre-construction phase by sourcing competitive quotes from suppliers and service providers for materials and equipment across a variety of commercial and institutional projects.

This is a key support role requiring strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a customer service mindset. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or call centers and must demonstrate initiative and reliability in a fast-paced environment. No prior construction experience is required, we will provide full training.
